Created to give more space around the ears, TMJ, and poll, these headpieces are generous in size and shape to avoid any pressure issues caused by tightly fitted pieces.
Features soft calf skin lined padding across the entire headpiece for maximum comfort and to ensure any pressure is evenly distributed.
Our headpieces come with three straps for cheekpiece, noseband, and throatlash, which sit beside each other rather than on top, this removes any additional pressure points from bulky overlaps on the side of the face.
Nosebands and cheekpieces can be attached to either strap depending on the horses fit requirements.
Buckles are designed to sit at or below the eye height to avoid nerves around the eye and pressure near the TMJ.
All buckles are meticulously stitched with the leather overlap facing outwards to prevent any discomfort on the face.
Available in Cocoa with white stitch, and Cocoa or Ebony with matching stitch. Our Cocoa leather is complemented with our Coffee coloured soft calf skin lining leather.
HOW TO MEASURE:
Measure from base of ear over the poll to base of ear.
To find the base of the ear, run a finger each side of the soft base of the ear until they meet just above the bony ridge of the TMJ bones.
