Returns Policy

If you'd like to exchange for a different size (or part of that product for a different size) please contact us by phone or email via at info@run-rabbit.co.nz within seven days of receipt of the item to discuss options/availability. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

If we don't have the stock to exchange, you can choose to wait for new stock or get a refund.

Returns need to arrive in their original condition, so please don't do up the buckles—simply leave straps slipped through keepers to check the fit until you're happy with the sizing. If the item doesn't fit, please don't ride in it. We ask that you package the item up neatly and safely to return to us, so that it arrives with us in original condition.

A restocking fee of $10 may be charged.

Returned items MUST be in pristine resaleable condition. There will be NO exceptions to this. If you send us back something that has scratch marks, dirt, or has clearly been used, we will be unable to offer a replacement, credit, or your money back.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item or we are at fault. Ensure you keep tracking numbers on any returns, we cannot refund or exchange items that don't arrive.

We try to keep our postage costs to a minimum for everyone, so please help us do that by including a self addressed pre-paid post bag if you're wanting to exchange an item.

We do our best to show our products online in such a way as to ensure you know what's going to be arriving on your doorstep, and while we are not obliged to offer refunds if you've changed your mind, we will always be open to discuss options if we know why you've changed your mind.

If you were sent the wrong item, faulty or a damaged item, please contact us at info@run-rabbit.co.nz, or on the form below, as soon as you can. We'll email you a printable returns postage label so that there is no cost to you in sending the product back to us.
