Shipping policy

We endeavour to despatch orders within 1–2 days. We despatch from our rural address, so we use NZPost economy (1–3 days) or courier options (1–2 days) for all of our orders. We cannot offer overnight deliveries.

All orders are tracked. Tracking numbers are sent out on request only.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days (economy) or five working days (courier), please contact us.
